We at “Spices n Essentials” strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You must also provide a proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on shipping charges, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable amount of time.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@spicesnessentials.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the item, we will either replace it or issue a refund, including the cost of return shipping.
